As of Monday 11 May, we will be reopening our doors for face-to-face consultations and remedy collections. This is in addition to phone and video consultations, as well as our contactless remedy pre-ordering process.

With our reopening, we are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy clinic environment. We ask that you assist us in doing so by committing to the below.

YOUR COMMITMENTS
- We respectfully ask that you wash your hands or use the hand sanitiser provided upon your arrival.
- We kindly request you to self-screen and avoid entering the clinic if you have come into contact with anyone infected with COVID19. For anyone who is experiencing serious symptoms associated with COVID19, please call the 24-hour coronavirus hotline 1800 675 398.
- We ask you to exclusively enter via the back entrance to allow us to manage and monitor the number of people in the clinic.
OUR COMMITMENTS
- We are continuing to enforce 1.5m social distancing requirements, as well as number per square metre requirements. Please respect that each room has mandatory spacing requirements and seating arrangements.
- We are highly committed to strict hygiene measures and regular deep environmental cleaning, with extra care given to all high-touch surfaces.
- We are taking special measures for those of you who are immune-suppressed or at-risk. Please advise our team immediately if this description applies to you.
YOUR CONSULTATIONS AND REMEDIES
- Although we are allowing consultations in the clinic, phone and Zoom consultations will still be an option for you.
- FREE Relief Care Consultations are available to our current clients with Naturopath Marnie Macklin.
- We would love you to continue to pre-order and pre-pay for remedies and Nurture products via phone: 03 5221 8220. Please allow 1 hour for our team to coordinate this for you.
- Your remedies can be collected from our reception desk or sent via registered express post (signature on delivery).
