WHAT THAT MEANS?
We are still here to support you and ask that you wear a mask, practice social distancing and wash your hands or use the hand sanitiser provided upon your arrival.
We kindly request you to self-screen and avoid entering the clinic if you have come into contact with anyone infected with COVID19 or are awaiting COVID19 test results.
We ask you to exclusively enter via the back entrance to allow us to manage and monitor the number of people in the clinic.
HOW CAN WE ASSIST YOU?
We will continue to give you the choice to have an in-clinic, Zoom or phone consultation. If you already have an in-clinic consultation booked, you are welcome to switch to a Zoom or phone consultation.
For our clients in Melbourne, we would be honoured to support you via phone or video support.
We will continue to offer FREE Relief Care Consultations to our current clients with Naturopath Marnie Macklin (up to 2 per client).
We encourage you to continue to pre-order and pre-pay for remedies and Nurture products via phone: 03 5221 8220. These will be available to you via contactless collection at reception, drive through collection or registered express post through Australia Post.
